Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of mint (or peppermint)
  • 1 tbsp green tea
  • 1 tbsp sugar (more to taste)

Instructions

    Rinse the mint leaves and place a few sprigs in small teacups. Put the remaining mint with the green tea into a pot and pour 1 l of boiling water over it. Steep for about 3 minutes, then strain and sweeten with sugar. Pour into the cups and enjoy hot.
