Ingredients

  • 4 tsp Chinese black tea (Keemun)
  • 1 tbsp dried Goji berries (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp dried lemongrass (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint

Instructions

    Boil 1 L of water. Pour the water into a large pot and add the black tea to a tea strainer. Steep for 3 minutes.

    Lift the tea from the hot water and stir in Goji berries, lemongrass, and mint leaves. Let steep for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately while very hot.
