Ingredients
- 500 g berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and blueberries)
- 150 g sugar
- 0.5 lemon (juice)

Wash, dry, and cut the berries into pieces; blend finely (for raspberries, strain the puree through a sieve).

Dissolve the sugar in 200 ml lukewarm water, then mix with the strawberry puree and lemon juice. Stir well, pour into a bowl, and place in the freezer for 4 hours, stirring thoroughly every hour. Serve in glasses garnished with mint leaves.
