Fondue

Here everyone cooks as they like: Try this great Spoonsparrow recipe for fondue and enjoy a convivial meal.

Ingredients

  • 500 g pork tenderloin
  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • paprika powder (spicy)
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 0.5 bunch spring onions
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes.

    Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Wash the zucchini and slice into thicker rounds. Wash the spring onions, trim them and cut the white and light green parts into pieces about 2 cm long.

    For the fondue heat the oil in a fondue pot on the stove, then place it on the tabletop burner. At the table each person skews several meat pieces and vegetables, seasons to taste, and cooks them in the hot oil.
