- 800 g beef fillet
- 1 l neutral vegetable oil

Wash the meat, pat dry, trim, cut into bite‑sized cubes and arrange on a platter. (Keep chilled until serving).

Heat the oil in a fondue pot over the stove, place it on the heated rechaud and keep hot.
