- 4 ripe bananas
- 240 g unsweetened peanut butter
- 40 g unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender until smooth.

Divide the batter among greased or parchment‑lined muffin tins. The smaller you make the muffins, the more you can produce from the batter.

Bake the flourless muffins in a preheated oven at 190 °C (fan 170 °C; gas: level 2–3) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes (test with a toothpick before removing; if needed bake 2–3 minutes longer).

To prevent the muffins from crumbling, let them cool completely before removing them from the tins and serving.
