Flaky Dough Cups with Cream Filling and Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients
- 3 Yufka dough sheets
- 100 g liquid butter
- 2 Eggs (size M)
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder and vanilla sugar each
- 70 g sugar
- 350 g strawberries
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- powdered sugar for dusting

Cut the Yufka sheets into 10 squares of about 10 x 10 cm, brush with liquid butter, and gently press them into the cups of a 12‑cup muffin tin.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Separate eggs; beat yolks with cream cheese, vanilla sugar, sugar, and pudding powder. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form, fold into the cheese mixture, then fill the dough sheets with the cream filling.

Bake the strudel cups for about 15 minutes, then let cool. Meanwhile wash, trim, and quarter strawberries. Toss berries with powdered sugar and lemon juice, let sit for about 10 minutes, and top the cooled cups with the berry mixture.
