Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g sardine fillets (oil-packed, skinless and boneless)
- 1 tbsp chopped black olives
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tsp capers (jarred)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Red Onion
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 200 g white beans (canned)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp freshly grated horseradish
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Lemon juice
- 8 baguette slices
- onion sprouts (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Cut the sardine fillets into small pieces and blend them with the garlic, olives, parsley, and capers in a blender. Add the olive oil and season the paste. Slice the onion into thin rings.

For the salmon cream, drain the beans over a sieve. Dice the smoked salmon finely and blend it with the beans in a blender. Add the mayonnaise and horseradish, then fold in the dill. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Lightly toast the bread, spread the fish spreads on top, and garnish with onion rings and sprouts before serving.
