Ingredients
- 800 g Atlantic cod
- 4 chili peppers
- 1 untreated lime (including grated zest)
- 3 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)
- 120 g coconut flakes
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash the fish and pat dry. Finely puree half of it, finely dice the other half. Wash the chili peppers, halve them, remove seeds and finely chop. Combine all ingredients and add enough breadcrumbs to make the mixture slightly moldable. Season with salt and pepper.

Shape into balls and fry in plenty of hot oil in batches, turning for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Remove, roll in coconut flakes, and serve with tomato salsa if desired.
