Ingredients
- 600 g white fish fillet (e.g., cod)
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
- 2 tsp Cajun spice blend
- flour (for dusting)
- 600 g boiled, waxy potatoes
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped dill

Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with Cajun spice and lightly coat with flour. Halve the potatoes. Rinse the spring onions, trim and slice thinly. Peel the onion and slice thinly as well.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and gently brown the fish pieces on all sides. Add the potatoes, cook through and mix in the onion strips. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle dill, plate and serve.
