The finger food wraps from Spoonsparrow deliver a load of nutrients for in-between moments!

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot (100 g)
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 50 g Baby Spinach
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds (15 g each)
  • 4 whole‑wheat tortilla sheets
  • 200 g hummus

Instructions

    Peel, wash, and grate the carrot coarsely. Clean and slice the bell pepper into fine strips. Wash the spinach and spin dry.

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, mash in a bowl with a fork, and mix in lemon juice. Roughly chop the pumpkin seeds.

    Spread hummus thinly on each wrap and top with the avocado cream. Layer with carrot shreds, pepper strips, and spinach. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of chopped pumpkin seeds over each.

    Roll the wraps tightly, cut into bite‑sized rolls, and arrange on a large platter.
