  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • salad cream

Instructions

    Wash, trim, dry, and cut the chives into small ribbons. Arrange them on four small plates.

    Peel the eggs and slice the top surface thinly. Place them on the plates.

    Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove seeds with a small spoon, and place as mushroom caps on the eggs.

    Add small dollops of salad cream over the tomatoes.
