Ingredients
- 30 g Butter
- 100 g onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp wheat flour (smooth)
- 60 ml dry white wine
- 800 ml clear broth
- 125 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp chives (cut into rosettes)
- 1 tbsp lovage (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg
Instructions

Sauté onions in butter until translucent, dust with flour, deglaze with white wine, pour in broth and simmer for about 7 minutes, then add sour cream and blend everything with a hand blender.

Add parsley, chives and lovage to the soup, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Serve the soup in bowls and garnish as desired with dill flowers and chives.
