Ingredients
- 2 fresh figs
- 2 tsp sea buckthorn juice (with honey)
- 2 tbsp thick milk
- 2 tbsp whey protein powder (pharmacy)
- 100 ml cold buttermilk
- 50 ml still mineral water
- 1 fig piece
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions

Quarter the figs and use a teaspoon to scrape the flesh from the skin. Blend the fig pieces with sea buckthorn pulp and thick milk until smooth.

Add whey protein powder and buttermilk. Blend briefly again. Top up with mineral water and season with cinnamon. Pour into a large glass and garnish with a fig slice and cinnamon stick if desired. Serve immediately.
