Ingredients

  • 150 g Field salad
  • 12 radishes
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 bulb fennel
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 pinch ground turmeric
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 g walnut kernels

Instructions

    Clean and wash the field salad and radishes. Slice the radishes into rounds.

    Whisk together mustard, soy sauce, turmeric, lemon juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and cut the flesh into thin strips.

    Gently combine the field salad, radishes, grapefruit, fennel, avocado and walnuts, then drizzle with the dressing.
