- 250 g field salad
- 0.5 small honeydew melon
- 2 small cooked red beets
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp chopped walnuts (roughly divided)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp Walnut oil

Wash, rinse, and dry the field salad.

Peel the red beet and slice it thinly.

Pit, peel, and cut the melon flesh into wedges.
