  • 0.5 small honeydew melon
  • 2 small cooked red beets
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp chopped walnuts (roughly divided)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp Walnut oil

Instructions

    Wash, rinse, and dry the field salad.

    Peel the red beet and slice it thinly.

    Pit, peel, and cut the melon flesh into wedges.
