Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 3 bell peppers (one red, one green, one yellow)
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g Feta Cheese
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- Salt
- pepper, freshly ground
- a pinch of sugar

Wash, trim, and dry the romaine lettuce; tear into bite‑sized pieces. Peel and dice the cucumber. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds and white membranes, then slice into strips. Clean the tomatoes, cut off stems, and slice into wedges.

For the dressing, blend olive oil with lemon juice and a peeled garlic clove, mix in the herbs, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.

Arrange the romaine lettuce and vegetables on bowls, crumble feta over them, drizzle the dressing on top, and serve immediately.
