Ingredients
- 1 bundle arugula
- 6 fresh ripe figs
- 100 g peeled hazelnuts
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Rinse the arugula, wash and dry thoroughly. Rub the figs, clean them and cut into strips.

Coarsely chop the nuts and mix with the crumbled cheese, arugula and figs; arrange on a plate.

Make a vinaigrette from olive oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
