Spanish Fondue

Ingredients

  • 80 g ground almonds
  • 250 ml milk
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 8 chicken wings (Chicken Wings)
  • 4 cans olive oil
  • dried grated chili peppers
  • 150 g dried plums (pitted)
  • 100 g breakfast bacon (thin slices)
  • 8 cooked peeled giant shrimp
  • 200 g chorizo
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 small eggplant
  • 1 l oil

Instructions

    Roast the almonds in a dry pan, stir in the milk and simmer until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and let cool. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry and finely chop. Stir into the almond cream.

    Separate the chicken wings at the joints, rinse and pat dry. Mix olive oil with chili, salt, and pepper; toss the wings in this mixture. Cover and refrigerate.

    Wrap each plum with a slice of bacon. Rinse and pat the shrimp dry. Cut along the back to remove the vein. Slice the chorizo. Quarter the bell peppers, clean, rinse, and cut into pieces. Wash the eggplant and slice crosswise. Arrange all prepared ingredients on platters.
