Ingredients

  • 500 g farfalle
  • Salz
  • 2 Zweige Basilikum
  • 250 g champignons
  • 350 g Kirschtomaten
  • 30 g Butter
  • 3 EL Olivenöl
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 80 g Parmesan (gehobelt)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, wash and dry the basil, shake off excess moisture, and pluck the leaves from the stems.

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan and lightly brown the mushrooms on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 more minutes while stirring.

    Drain the pasta and mix it with the pan contents. Stir in the parmesan, season with pepper, and sprinkle the basil over the top.
