Ingredients

  • 400 g farfalle
  • Salt
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 1 Orange (juice)
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

    Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into rings. Roughly chop the walnuts. Whisk together the orange juice with the vinegar, honey, oil, salt and pepper and taste. Add the sliced spring onions and walnuts to the dressing. Drain the pasta and rinse briefly under cold water. Toss with the salad sauce and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
