Ingredients
- 2 baby pineapples
- 100 g currants
- 100 g Blackberries
- 2 small bananas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g whipping cream
- 50 ml coconut syrup
- 40 ml white rum
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
Instructions

Cut both pineapples lengthwise, remove the core and flesh, then dice the flesh without the core. Wash berries and pat dry. Peel bananas, slice them, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold in coconut syrup.

Mix rum with pineapple, bananas, and half of each berry type, then fill the pineapple halves with the mixture.

Arrange the pineapple halves on large dessert plates, garnish all around with remaining berries, spread coconut cream over them, and sprinkle shredded coconut, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
