Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 tsp chopped pine nuts
  • 100 g low‑fat quark
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 Apricots
  • 12 physalis
  • 12 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the kiwis and cut each into 6 slices. Mix the quark with honey and lemon juice, spoon onto the kiwi slices, and sprinkle with pine nuts. Insert a toothpick through the center of each slice.

    Wash the apricots, pit them, and cut each into 6 wedges; skewer each wedge on a toothpick.

    Remove the husk from the physalis. Wash and dry the physalis and mint leaves. Skewer one mint leaf followed by a physalis onto each toothpick.

    Arrange the skewers on two plates, garnish with additional mint leaves, and serve.
