Ingredients
- 500 g red wine grapes
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- 200 ml milk
- butter (for the pan)

Wash and drain the grapes. Whisk the eggs and powdered sugar until frothy. Sift in the flour. Pour out the milk and mix everything together to form a nearly liquid batter.

Grease four small oven-safe dishes. Place the grapes inside and pour the batter over them. Bake in the preheated oven at 220°C (200°C fan) for 15-20 minutes. Let the clafoutis cool and serve garnished with mint leaves.
