Ingredients

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil (for the cups)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C with fan and top heat.

    Mix the flour with the salt and sift into a bowl. Whisk together 60 ml water and the egg, then add to the flour. Combine until smooth and stir in the milk.

    Oil the depressions of the pudding tin and place it in the oven for about 5 minutes until hot. Remove the tin from the oven and evenly divide the batter among the cups. Bake the filled cups on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
