Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 90 g butter
- 150 g dried cranberries
- 20 g candied orange peel
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 125 ml milk
- coconut flakes (for sprinkling)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 °C with fan and top/bottom heat.

Add the flour to a bowl and mix in the baking powder and baking soda.

Now add the butter in small chunks and rub it into crumbs with your hands. Then stir in the cranberries, candied orange peel, cinnamon and powdered sugar, and knead with egg and milk into a firm dough. Scoop out spoonfuls of dough and place small mounds on a sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle coconut flakes and bake for about 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
