Ingredients

  • 1 small endive salad
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Walnut Oil
  • 50 g chopped walnut kernels
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Instructions

    Separate the endive into leaves, wash, trim, dry and tear into bite‑size pieces. Wash cherry tomatoes and halve them.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds and slice into thin strips. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper and oil together; press in garlic, add chili strips and tomatoes, then mix with the salad in a large bowl. Garnish with walnuts and oregano.
