Ingredients
- 1 bunch chives
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 6 slices of cucumber
- 1 lemon slice
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 1 cherry tomato
- ground pepper to taste
Instructions

Wash the chives, pat dry, halve the stems and place on a plate. Cut a wedge from each egg (see photo) and set the eggs on the chive stems. Slice the lemon into 6 segments.

Cut the cherry tomato into 6 wedges. Slice the smoked salmon into about 2 cm wide strips. Arrange the prepared ingredients decoratively on the eggs and lightly grind pepper over them.
