Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 bunches of chives
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 spring onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g heavy cream
- 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp sweet mustard
Instructions

Cook the eggs hard for 8-10 minutes, cool in cold water and peel. Wash herbs, shake dry and finely chop. Wash spring onions, trim and slice into very thin rings.

Halve the eggs, separate yolks and mash with a fork, mix with herbs and spring onion, then season with salt and pepper. Gradually stir in cream and yogurt. Chop egg whites, fold them with mustard into the herb mixture. Cover the salad and chill for 1 hour.
