Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 0.25 head iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g mixed herbs
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    Boil the eggs until hard, cool in cold water, peel and let them cool.

    Cut two eggs into eighths, dice the remaining eggs into pieces.

    Wash the radishes and slice into thin sticks.

  4. 4.

    Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips.

    Chop the herbs.

    Whisk together crème fraîche, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Add the radishes, lettuce, and herbs, then mix in the chopped eggs.
