Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill

Hard boil the eggs, cool them, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and press through a potato masher (or fine sieve). Mix loosely with the Parmesan and season with cayenne pepper.

Preheat the oven to grill mode. Butter a quiche pan.

Place the egg halves in the pan and season with a little salt and pepper. Spread the yolk mixture over them. Dot the remaining butter on top and broil in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Serve garnished with dill.
