Easter Lamb with Chocolate and Sugar Glaze

Ingredients
- 180 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 eggs
- 180 g wheat flour type 405
- 50 g cornstarch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp oil
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp water

Whisk butter until creamy. Gradually fold in sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs. Mix flour with cornstarch and baking powder, sift over the mixture and stir quickly. Chop chocolate into small pieces and fold in. Pour batter into a well-greased Easter lamb pan. Place pan on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (gas: level 2, fan: 160°C) for 45-50 minutes.

Let Easter lamb cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully loosen the edges and remove from the pan. Cool on a wire rack.

Chop chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl. Melt over a hot water bath, stirring occasionally. Add oil and stir. Coat the Easter lamb with melted chocolate and allow glaze to set.

Whisk powdered sugar with water until smooth and fill a piping bag. Pipe small dots and a face onto the hardened glaze of the lamb, let glaze dry.
