- 3 Carrots
- 1 tsp oil
- 4 prunes
- 4 dried apricots
- 6 tbsp cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper

- 1 duck breast (boneless, ready-to-cook, from the butcher)
- 8 slices of bacon
- rosemary
- 1 prune
- 1 dried apricot

Preheat the oven to 200°C (Oven/Roaster).

Peel and grate the carrots, sauté them in oil, then remove from heat. Chop the dried fruit finely and mix with the cream cheese; add to the carrots. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder, stir well, and fill the duck breast with this mixture. Seal openings with toothpicks or tie with kitchen twine. Wrap the duck breast in bacon, secure prune, apricot, and rosemary, then place in a roasting pan and cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20–30 minutes at 160°C until done. Serve on a platter.
