Duchess Potatoes

Delicious Duchess potatoes made with fresh root vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 800 g waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Nutmeg (freshly grated)
  • paprika powder (sweet)

    Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain and let steam dry.

    Press the cooked potatoes through a potato masher into a pot and mix with melted butter. Add the egg and Parmesan, seasoning with salt and nutmeg.
