Ingredients

  • 1 kg egg tomatoes
  • 1 bundle lemon thyme
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry, and slice lengthwise. Arrange on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, and lemon thyme, and bake at 80-100°C for about 6 hours, leaving the oven door slightly ajar.

    Flip the tomatoes 1-2 times during drying. Let the finished tomatoes cool, then store them airtight in a dry place or preserve in oil.
