Ingredients
- 400 g frozen mixed berries
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 180 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 drops vanilla aroma
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 100°C fan.

Let the frozen berries thaw.

Beat the egg whites with lemon juice until semi-firm. Gradually fold in powdered sugar and cornstarch, then whip the mixture until glossy. Spoon into four mounds on parchment paper, creating a shallow well in each center for a diameter of about 10 cm. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until the meringues are crisp yet remain pale. Remove and cool.

Whip the heavy cream with vanilla aroma to stiff peaks and fill the cooled meringues. Top with berries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
