Doppeldecker mit Hähnchen von ➸ Spoonsparrow schmecken nicht nur zum Abendbrot!
Ingredients
- 4 multigrain rolls
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
- a pinch of chili peppers
- 2 Tomatoes
- 8 chicken nuggets (frozen ready‑made)
- oil for frying
- grapes
Instructions

Cut the rolls horizontally in half. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, pat them with paper towels if needed. Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, pepper, and chili. Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove stems, and slice into rounds.

Fry the chicken nuggets according to package instructions in hot oil, then drain on paper towels. Spread a bit of the mayo mixture on each roll half and place one lettuce leaf on top. Distribute remaining sauce with tomato slices over it. Place the chicken nuggets on top, cover with another roll half, and serve. Offer grapes as dessert.
