Doc Flecks breakfast for the Thermomix is quick to make, balanced and truly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 200 g low‑fat quark
  • 75–90 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 2 bottles ENNA care® oil blend (or 40 ml organic flaxseed oil from Omega‑safe production)
  • 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)
  • a few spritzes freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • fruit of choice (e.g., banana, mango, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, apples)
  • nuts and seeds of choice (e.g., chopped walnuts or almonds)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Add walnut or almond kernels to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Then pour out.

  2. 2.

    Add quark, milk, oil, honey to taste, and lemon juice to the mixing bowl and whisk for 30 seconds on speed 4.

  3. 3.

    Pour the quark mixture into two bowls.

  4. 4.

    Wash or peel fruit, cut into bite‑sized pieces, and distribute over the quark mixture.

  5. 5.

    Sprinkle with kernels.
