Ingredients

  • 800 g medium‑sized mushrooms
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 3 sprigs dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 toasted bread slices

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the butter in a non‑stick pan and sauté the mushrooms with the garlic for 3 minutes. Deglaze with the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Wash, dry, shake off excess water from the dill, remove the leaves, and roughly chop. Stir the dill into the cream mixture and heat briefly again. Season with salt and pepper.
