Detox Soup: Broccoli and Savoy Cabbage bring plenty of Vitamin C to the plate!

Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 300 g Savoy Cabbage
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 Parsnips
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1.2 l Vegetable broth

Instructions

    Clean the broccoli, wash and cut into florets, peel the stalk and chop finely. Wash the Savoy cabbage, remove the stalk and outer leaves, cut the remaining leaves into strips. Peel and chop the potatoes finely. Peel, wash and chop the carrots, parsnips and celery finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.

    Heat the oil in a pot. Add the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour in the broth and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.

    Puree the vegetables with an immersion blender. Serve the detox soup on plates and enjoy.
