Dates Wrapped in Bacon

Spoonsparrow dates wrapped in bacon, refined with sherry and orange juice – your guests will love it!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 150 g pitted dates
- 150 g Serrano ham
Instructions

First mix the sherry with orange juice for the bacon-wrapped dates. Pour the mixture over the dates and let them soak for 20 minutes.

Cut the ham into halves or thirds depending on size, wrap one date in each piece of ham, and secure with a toothpick.

Brown the bacon-wrapped dates in a pan over medium heat until all sides are crisp. Then pour in the sherry mixture and quickly reduce the liquid. Remove from heat and let cool.
