Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle
- Salz
- 500 g cauliflower florets
- 40 g Butter
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp light sesame seeds

Cook the pasta in boiling water with 1 tsp salt until al dente. Clean the cauliflower and blanch it in salted boiling water for 5-8 minutes.

Remove, drain, and toss in a pan with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle curry powder and sesame seeds, stir briefly, then arrange over drained pasta on a plate. Serve immediately.
