Ingredients
- 1 kg black currants
- 500 g preserve sugar (2:1)
- 3 tbsp raspberry brandy
- 2 limes (juice and zest)

Mash half of the peeled, washed and dried fruits with a fork, add raspberry brandy, preserve sugar, the zest and juice of the two freshly washed limes, and mix with the whole fruits. Let it infuse for about 30 minutes. Cook according to package instructions while stirring constantly, then remove from heat.

Fill the jam into almost full hot-washed jars and seal immediately. Turn upside down to cool, rotate after 5 minutes and let rest.
