- 300 g yogurt
- lime juice
- a pinch of ground allspice

Soak the raisins in a little warm water for about 10 minutes. Peel the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise in half, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Dice the cucumbers into roughly 1 cm cubes, lightly salt them, and let them sit for about 30 minutes. Drain the cucumbers in a sieve. Wash the mint, pluck off the leaves (reserve some for garnish), and roughly chop them. Mix the chopped mint with the yogurt, then add the drained raisins. Fold in the cucumber cubes and season with lime juice and allspice. Divide into bowls, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
