Ingredients
- 300 g fresh mixed leaf salad (e.g., lamb's lettuce, Lollo bionda, frisée)
- Eichblattsalat (dandelion, radicchio)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 radishes
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 sugar
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 5 tbsp germ oil
Instructions

Wash and dry the salad leaves.

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Peel, quarter, core the apple, cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

Wash radishes, trim, and slice thinly.

Combine all in a salad bowl.

Whisk mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper; whisk in oil with a fork until emulsified. Taste and adjust seasoning, then fold into the salad before serving.
