- 2 cloves garlic
- 12 slices Bresaola
- 1 bunch sorrel
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 40 g sun‑dried cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Peel and halve the garlic.

Toast ciabatta slices on a hot grill until golden brown on both sides; rub one side with the cut surface of the garlic cloves.
