  • 12 slices Bresaola
  • 1 bunch sorrel
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp honey
  • 40 g sun‑dried cherry tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Peel and halve the garlic.
