Ingredients
- 200 g romaine lettuce
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 large shrimp
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 oregano sprigs
- 0.125 l olive oil
- juice of one lemon
Instructions

Wash the shrimp, slit them lengthwise with a sharp knife and remove the vein. Peel the garlic and finely chop it with oregano; mix with lemon juice and olive oil. Pour over the shrimp and let marinate for 30 minutes. Grill for about 8 minutes.

Clean, rinse, dry, and roughly tear the lettuce.

Whisk mustard, salt, sugar, pepper, and vinegar; fold in the oil and toss with the lettuce.
