- 150 g crème fraîche
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 shallots
- 1 tbsp garden herbs (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 120 g Arctic char roe (or any white fish roe as substitute)
- Herb salt
- pepper (ground)

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Whisk together Crème fraîche, sour cream until creamy, then fold in herbs, shallot, Dijon mustard, 100 g roe, salt, and pepper.
