Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 1 Red Onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 150 g Feta
- 80 g Black olives
- 2 tbsp capers
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- red wine vinegar
- olive oil
Instructions

Peel the cucumber and slice into rounds. Wash and dry shake the arugula. Peel the onion, halve it, and cut into very thin strips.

Wash and dice the tomatoes. Wash and dry shake the basil, pluck the leaves from the stems. Crumble the feta.

Mix tomatoes and cucumber, arrange on plates. Distribute onion, arugula, feta, capers, and olives over them. Season with salt and pepper; serve with red wine vinegar and olive oil.
