Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g Green beans
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g ORYZA (Selection Paellareis de Valencia)
- 400 g canned tomato chunks
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- 2 pinch saffron threads
- 2 tsp spicy paprika powder
- 0.25 tsp Dried thyme
- 300 g mussels
- 250 g small squid (ready to cook)
- 8 large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Organic lemon
- 4 sprigs Parsley

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Trim green beans, wash and cut into diagonal pieces. Halve red bell peppers, deseed, wash and dice.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan or paella pan. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 4 minutes over medium heat. Then add rice, green beans, and peppers; stir and cook about 5 minutes over medium heat. Next add tomatoes and pour in broth. Stir in saffron threads, paprika powder, and thyme; simmer gently for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently until the broth is almost fully absorbed.
